ABOUT US
The Lakeside Frontier Riders is a family-oriented riding club, established in 1948, to promote the interest in horses and horsemanship. We are dedicated to trail riding; striving to preserve, protect, and develop multi-use trails for equestrians, bike riders, and hikers; along with promoting and supporting the Equestrian Community and Horsemanship in Lakeside, California.
We are community of individuals whose lives include equines of all breeds, enjoying nature from horseback, while preserving and maintaining the environment we ride in.
We are actively involved in community and we work, participate, and support other Equestrian groups for the love of horses, trail riding, and everything associated with horses.
Our activities include horse camping in the summer and fall at Los Vaqueros horse camp in Cuyamaca State Park and winter camping at Stagecoach RV resort in the desert, along with our annual poker ride, Lakeside Western Days Parade, All Clubs Beach ride in August, Christmas party, and casual get-together group trail rides. For our annual Fundraiser a large portion of our proceeds are donated to community organizations such as the Boy and Girl Scouts, horse therapy and rescue programs, the Humane Society, etc., serving both the public and our veterans, animal rescue, and other community programs for horsemanship, etc.
We meet the 3rd Thursday of every month. We invite the public to come to a meeting and see what we are about. Please see our meeting tab for meeting time and location.

Our Address: P.O. Box 572 Lakeside, CA 92040
